Doris Panos came from a family who had deep roots in jewelry making, so it is not by pure coincidence that she is the best at what she does. Majoring in business and marketing at New York St. John’s University, Doris learned the engineering techniques of jewelry making. From there she began learning about diamonds and colored stones, and stared establishing contacts to feed her desire for more knowledge about diamonds and beautiful stones, enabling her to master the gemological part of the trade. With her broad knowledge about the industry Doris took her talents to Saks Fifth Avenue where she made a difference in her customer’s lives through her sales work. Due to her vast knowledge and experience she was often asked to hold seminars to teach her style and techniques to fellow sales associates. As her talent became more apparent to everyone around her, Doris was encouraged to begin her own career.

Doris Panos Designs, Ltd. was established in 1993 and in a very short period of time became noticed and respected in the jewelry world. Her unique designs and distinctive creations have put her name and jewelry on the red carpet, on the big screen, and on the cover of some of the hottest magazines.

Doris Panos Designs, Ltd. boasts many beautiful and unique pieces. Doris has individually created stackable ring and bangles, cuffs, diamond rings, and even jewelry specific for black tie occasions. However, some of her most beautiful creations are form her Daphne Rings collection.
