Sparkling spring water and pure fruit juice provide ideal hydration

solixir.jpg Adequate water consumption is essential for our survival. Water boosts our metabolism and can even help you to shed pounds. But for many people, plain drinking water is just simply, too plain.

Here are three varieties of delicious and refreshing, all natural sparkling spring waters made with pure fruit juices and other natural botanicals.

Solixir sparkling beverages were developed by a herbalist and nutritionist. Each can contains over 1,700mg of standardized botanicals. Botanicals are substances derived from plants and consists of healthy roots, flowers and fruits.

With no added sugar, Solixir drinks have a natural taste. The lightly sweet flavor comes from the pure juices and flowers, some of which include passion flower, jujube, hibiscus, honeysuckle, elderberry, ginseng, dandelion root and lemon balm.

Solixir varieties include Awaken made with orange and white grape juices; blackberry and calming chamomile are the key botanicals in the Relax blend (which I enjoy) and Restore which contains delicious and proven healthy pomegrante with a touch of ginger for that added zest. Incidentally, Restore also contains elderflower a rich, full-tasting, caffeine-free herbal, popular in Europe but relatively unknown in the United States.

Give them a try, you will love them. Visit www.solixir.com or on Twitter at @solixir. Tell Scott, I sent you.
