I was in high school when leggings first came on the scene. So we're talking the late 80's early 90's...I will even admit to wearing black, shiny spandex leggings (and I cringe as I say that.) This year I've watched it make it's come back, although I can say I will not partake this time around. However what's piqued my interest is the newest fashion trend: jeggings. In fact, Pierce Mattie named jeggings as a fashion staple that will definitely be hot for 2010.
Jeggings really look like skin tight, painted on jeans to me. You know the kind I am talking 
about--the ones where you have to lay down and suck in your stomach just to zip and button them (don't pretend you haven't done it!) Yet we are seeing more and more celebrities donning jeggings and making them highly sought after.
If I had to pick who had the best variety of jeggings out there, I would lean towards ASOS. From acid wash to Indigo to color, ASOS really has a wide range of jeggings to choose from, 42 to be exact (and they deliver to both the UK and US!) In fact, I think a long knit sweater paired with jeggings and UGG's Classic Cardy boots would make for a great look.

I LOVE seeing girls in skinny jeans and Jeggings make the trend that much more hott!!!! Paired with a fashionable denim or leather jacket, and heels, and you're ready to go!
