I know. I know. This summer it is all about the dress, however, there are those times when, well dare I say it, I just don't want to wear a dress. I'm sure there are some of you reading that are in the closet about the fact that you wear something other than a dress this season. I for one, love Cargo shorts. While many people think Cargo shorts are simply for Friday Dress Down Day at the office, Cargo shorts can also be dressed up and appropriate for more fashionable events.
