Lose Weight in 8 Weeks

We're in full workout mode at Pierce Mattie as spring is almost here! Is your body swimsuit ready? Well in case it isn't, ExerciseTV has an amazing video designed to help you shed the weight you managed to gain during the winter season.

Paul Vincent, the owner of Training Adventure, has an awesome workout series called “Lose Weight in 8.” It's an 8 week program consisting of 5 workouts a week: 3 30 minute cardio/strength and 2 15 minute active recovery. I think the great thing about his videos is not only does it feature hardcore workout designed to sculpt your body, it also has two sessions allowing your body to recuperate. How many times have you decided to quit on your workout because it's “too hard?” More often than you would like to admit I'm sure.

Not only that, Vincent and two other assistant trainers, Kathy and Kenny, work with regular people who have regular bodies during the video. At times I find it difficult to really get into a work out when I'm staring at someone who already has a six pack. A bit intimidating, no? Not with “Lose Weight in 8.” The trainers work with people with real bodies and it allows the viewer to feel like they have someone to relate to.

So head over to LoseWeightIn8.com and buy your dvd now for $19.99! Hey, don't you want to look good as you lay poolside this spring break? Once you purchase your dvd, it comes with a digital version that allows you to get started on your workout immediately as opposed to waiting for your copy in the mail. It's time to build strength and burn fat with Lose Weight in 8!
