Billy Lowe works w/ countless A-Listers in Hollywood and has appeared on numerous reality make-over shows like Extreme Makeover, MTV Made, 10 Years Younger, etc. He hs been featured & quoted in hundreds of magazines & news articles around the world, and runs a boutique hair studio in Los Angeles.
