Atlific Takes Helm of Temple Gardens Mineral Spa Resort Hotel

Atlific Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce that it has been chosen to manage the Temple Gardens Mineral Spa Resort Hotel in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

Temple Gardens Mineral Spa is one of kind featuring an indoor/outdoor natural geothermal mineral water pool. The rejuvenating, mineral-rich geo-thermal waters are drawn from the porous rock formation of ancient seabed's more than 1350 meters (4500 ft.) below the earth's surface. Known for its therapeutic attributes the thermal spa and hotel attract guests from all over North America.

Temple Gardens is located in the heart of downtown Moose Jaw and connected to Casino Moose Jaw. The hotels 179, elegantly appointed rooms and 7700 sq ft of meeting space offer 4 star amenities and service. The hotel and spa which was built 10 years ago by a group of concerned citizens as part of Moose Jaw's downtown redevelopment has been sold to Temple REIT of Winnipeg. Mr. Arni Thorsteinson, President of Temple REIT stated, "Temple Gardens has become, over the last 10 years, an integral economic force in Moose Jaw and Saskatchewan. We see this purchase as a strong asset within our portfolio and believe in its growth potential." Mr. Thorsteinson added, "Atlific has been in business with us now for over 25 years and we see no better management company to manage this new project on our behalf."

Atlific, a hotel developer, builder and manager founded in 1959, manages 32 multi-brand hotels in Canada. The firm is headquartered in Montreal, with offices in Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver. The company was acquired in 1997 by Ocean Properties Ltd., a family business based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, that manages over 100 hotels in the United States. Together Atlific and Ocean Properties form one of the largest privately held hotel-management companies in North America, operating independent hotels, resorts and such well-known brands as Marriott, Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn, Fairfield Inn, Hilton, Sheraton and Holiday Inn.
