ABC's got a brand new show and we at Pierce Mattie think it's looking to be a must see! Creator and producer, Christopher Murphey, developed a hot new medical drama for the network. With it's awesome cast and intriguing story line, it's sure to be exciting.

Former Desperate Housewives, Dana Delany stars as the main character. She plays the sharp and intelligent Dr. Megan Hunt. Dr. Hunt was a world renowned neurosurgeon, but was in a near fatal car crash that prohibited her to be able to work in the operating room. She was able to become a medical examiner which has caused her to be at odds with her coworkers. (Well, you have to admit, it would be hard to go from a neurosurgeon to a medical examiner and not have some power position issues!) Dr. Hunt works with a team of specialists to determine the cause of death for each of the bodies that end up on her exam table. With a cast full of promising actors including, Jeri Ryan as Dr. Kate Murphy and Windell Middlebrooks as Dr. Curtis Brumfield, this show is sure to generate dedicated viewers.

Even though it may seem like another medical drama added to ABC's nightly line up, (Private Practice or Grey's Anatomy anyone?) it does have it's own identity. So set your DVR's because beginning March 29, Body of Proof will be on Tuesdays at 10pm EST.
