The Rachel Zoe Project is Overstyled

rachelzoe.jpg

Can you stand another minute of Rachel Zoe Project? It’s like Buffy The Vampire Slayer for celebrity apparel. Every time it airs we throw up a little in our mouth. Do we really care what her catch phrases are? I don’t mean to vent but seriously, pull the plug Bravo it’s painful and boring. For starters how many stylists does it really take to dress one actress on Red Carpet? According to Rachel you need about six or seven. I don’t think so.

The stylists we talk to believe Zoe is giving them a bad rap. And who does she think she is revising Giorgio Armani’s creations to look like a table runner? Why didn't the staff at Glamour smack her one when they had the chance? But if you put Rachel to the side for a second, the worst cast member of the show is the ever so bleached, overly tanned, whining Taylor Jacobson. She obviously hates NY but the edge of her attitude is so un-LA. She is Generation Y to the extreme, “entitled.” I don’t think I have ever watched a stylist who dislikes people, fashion and the process of styling as much as she does. If she wants to get into brand management and strategy, umm maybe she should stop styling. And is it just me or does Rodger Berman look like Todd Oldham? Do you think this program will go into Season 3?
