Beauty PR: Beauty Tips from Fatima Olive; Celebrity Makeup Artist and Redpoint Cosmetic's New Spokesperson and Artistic Director

Last week I had the great pleasure in meeting the new face of Redpoint Cosmetics, Fatima Olive. As a 45 year old makeup artist with not a wrinkle in sight, I knew this was a woman to be taken seriously when it comes to beauty knowledge. Not only did I find out about the amazing new product line from Redpoint, but I was also lucky enough to learn from Fatima some simple, no-nonsense beauty tips and secrets. However, I dare not keep these secrets to myself. Spread the word! Let the whole world embrace Fatima’s beauty knowledge!

For Natural Looking Mascara – Clean an old mascara brush and use it to separate lashes in between mascara coats. Good bye clumpy lashes!

For Perfect Even Skin – Ever wonder why celebrity skin looks so great? It’s because professional makeup artists always use 2-3 different colors of foundation to highlight and low light different pigments all over the face. However, most women don’t realize their skin tone varies and buy only one shade of foundation.

Easy pro trick: Use a dual foundation compact like Redpoint’s Transformative Dual Foundation. With two shades, you can easily blend and match to bring out a particular feature. The compact is also a great easy tool to have throughout the seasons as skin tone tans and fades.

For A Dewy Glow – Moisturized skin means younger looking skin. Stay away from blush powders which can make cheeks appear dry and emphasize wrinkles, and instead use a sheer cream or gel for that coveted healthy, rosy glow we all want. Try Redpoint’s Airbrush Effects Blushwhip for an ultra moisturizing formula that hydrates and also firms and lifts the cheek area.

All products mentioned can be found at www.redpointbeauty.com and www.qvc.com. Redpoint's Transformative Dual Foundation will be available in April on Redpoint's website and in May on QVC.
